Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 2 nights applies, with the exception of Jun 28 2008 to Jul 13 2008, Sep 20 2008 to Oct 5 2008, and Dec 13 2008 to Jan 4 2009 when a minimum stay of 7 nights applies to all bookings.

Windjana is strictly not available for parties, weddings or commercial activities.

Please note that the property is not suited to small children, but requests will be dealt with on an individual basis.

• Rates are in Australian Dollars and valid to March 31 2009 and are subject to change without notice.
• Rates shown are for 2-4 guests. $50 per person per night for extra guests. Maximum 6 guests.
• A 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with balance due at least 30 days prior to arrival.
• Deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival.
• No refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival.

We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforseen circumstances and cancellation.
